📍 Position Details

We are currently looking for a Maori Teacher for one of our clients in Sydney, Australia.

• Session length: one-hour (back to back)
• Location: , Sydney
• Students Level: Upper Intermediate
• Students Age: 8 and 6
• Schedule: twice per week, on weekdays after school hours.
• Start Date: asap
• Motivation: They already know Maori, and have been educated in Maori education for 5.5yrs. With us moving to Sydney for 1yr we are wanting to keep them engaged in speaking the language so they don’t lose their current knowledge. When we return to NZ and re-enrol back into their school they will assessed on their te reo.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Be a native Maori speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 30 km of the specified location

💼 Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance, part-time position
• We are not able to sponsor visas
