📍 Position Details

We are currently looking for a Scottish Gaelic Teacher for one of our clients in Manchester, United Kingdom.

• Total Hours: 40
• Session length: two-hours
• Location: Can be at my home M4 1BA or a cafe nearby in Ancoats, Manchester, or the teacher's home/office.
• Student Level: Beginner
• Student Age Group: 35-44
• Schedule: twice per week (Monday, Tuesday or Thursday at lunchtime or evening)
• Start Date: 2026-03-16
• Motivation: No Scottish Gaelic. Current Irish Gaelic but have 5 weeks to prepare for an acting role, will also be working on general talk about who I am, background the role etc for PR Also looking to learning basic conversation Fluent Irish Gaelic speaker but require Scottish Gaelic speaker. I’ve used the speak Gaelic website but looking for a teacher to help learn basics create a practice pack together

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Be a native Scottish Gaelic speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location

💼 Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance, part-time position
• We are not able to sponsor visas
