Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. We are currently looking for a Scottish language teacher for one of our clients in Edinburgh.

Some details about the job:

This client is interested in booking a general language group course (8-10) of Scottish Gaelic language lessons.
Course length: 12 hours (12 x 1-hour sessions).
Location: client's office in Edinburgh (EH1 3YY).
Students' current level is Beginner
Classes should be held once per week, preferably on Tuesday or Wednesday from 5 to 6 pm. Definitely not Mondays or Fridays.
Students' age group: Adults
They would like to start in March.

Ideal teacher should:

Be a native Scottish Gaelic speaker and/or have a teacher's degree.
Have previous experience as a language teacher or translator.
Have a valid working visa.
Live up to 20 miles from the client's location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position, and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
