We are currently looking for a Swahili Teacher for one of our clients in Reading, United Kingdom.

• Location: RG8, Reading
• Student Level: Beginner
• Student Age Group: B: 18-24
• Schedule: once per week, (Thursday or Friday on 2.30pm either day)
• Start Date: 2026-04-16
• Motivation: I am hoping to start journalism training later this year. Learning a non-European language would enable me to tell stories from different perspectives and cultures. From what I hear Swahili is mainly spoken as a second 'working' language, so that makes me feel less daunted!

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Be a native Swahili speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location

💼 Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance, part-time position
• We are not able to sponsor visas
